Rebate paperwork done and dusted
Swapped a knackered 250L electric tank. Sunline quoted three options, explained why the mid-size unit suited four of us, and handled the whole Solar Victoria side. Bill's dropped about $70 a month so far.

No-nonsense advice
Rang three mobs. Sunline were the only ones who talked me out of a bigger tank than I needed. Install crew were on time, tidy, and walked me through the controller before they left.

Great unit, one reschedule
Had to shift the booking a week because of stock, but they kept me in the loop the whole time. Unit is dead quiet out the back and we've not run out of hot water once.

Gas bill gone entirely
We were only keeping gas connected for hot water. Ditched it, dropped the supply charge, and the heat pump runs off the solar during the day. Payback's looking like three years.

Sorted our new build
Builder wanted to fit gas instantaneous. Sunline priced the heat pump alternative with the rebates itemised, sent it straight to the builder, and coordinated the rough-in dates.

Good replacement for old solar
Old evacuated tube system was leaking. They took the panels off the roof and patched it properly, which I wasn't expecting. Slight wait on the compliance certificate but it turned up.

Regional install, no fuss

Quiet enough for a terrace
Tight side passage and a neighbour's bedroom window a couple of metres away. They picked a quieter unit and mounted it on rubber feet. Can barely hear it from inside.

Honest about what it'd cost
